Jogwheels of the BCD 3000 doesn´t funktion with FDP

After connecting and installing my BCD 3000 to the FDP the jogwheels are not functioning. It´s not possible to find a position in a track to set a cue point. I´m using a Laptop with Windows 7 and a Intel í 3 Processor. All other functions are ok. Can anybody help with this problem?

Try going to the Configurations button at General settings and select the Enable jog-wheels scratch mode (after this you should be able to use the jog-wheels to skim through the track) ! Let me know if that was the problem !
