B-DJ Real Skin for BCD2000 - project

hi. I need help creating a real interface skin BCD2000 console.I attached 2 files that idea from what I get.The B-DJ Helper does not know how to use. I need a manual with more details, step by step what to do. installation and gives me an error related to win32 I IGNORE required to continue installation.I can not tell if the program operates entirely on my PC.
and if you have other ideas that can be implemented much better than what I pictured me please to present this topic.
