BCD2000 Great Bug!! Need a new Firmware or Hardware failure

Hello to everyone.

I have bought BCD2000 since one month and using it have seen a strange BUG using all the Software including B-DJ

Using PLAYER A (LEFT player) i have seen that if u set the pitch slider to approx. - 3 or -4% and then you use the LOW freq. rotary knob turning clockwise and back like -24, +12dB, the pitch goes back and forth for approx. 0,25 % more or less and the lack is that you hear the difference during the song is playing!!!.

Please users try it at home and then let me know if also you see this strange behaviour.

I think it is a bug in the firmware of the BCD2000


or perhaps a hardware failure of my BCD2000, so I will resend it to factory

Yes, man... This BUG is present in many BCD's and the Behringer not is providence to correct this issue... It's a firmware bug, only update probably it will decide...

Yes

You have all rights to change your BCD!
Go to the shop and request to change (if you are in warranty time of course)

Otherwise go to Behringer support center.

I have the same problem!! Maby someone have found any solution for this??? I wanted to write to behringer support. But there is no chances to find how to do it! There is no email or smthng..

This is a very old topic. Behringer didn't want to give further driver support (so the BCD2000 won't work with windows vista/7).
Though make sure you updated the BCD2000 to the latest driver version (maybe this is not the case now) as it may have been fixed.

Where i can find lastest firmware for BCD2000? In behringer.com site there is only one link to download winxp/vista/7 drivers. Could you give me a link where i can download it??

The link provided there was the last driver update.
The BCD2000 officialy works only on Windows machines. Further information and installation notes can be found underneath the download link!
