The demo versions has the following restrictions:
- it may be used only for 30 days for evaluation purposes only
- it works only for 20 minutes per session (you will have to restart it after that)
- mix recording is disabled
- list 'saving as' is disabled
Minimum system requirements
- PC: at least a 1GHz system with Windows XP/Vista
- MAC: at least an 1 GHz G4/G5/Intel system with MacOSX 10.3.9 (Panther), 10.4.x (Tiger) or 10.5.x (Leopard)
- additional requirements: min 1024x768 screen resolution, 384Mb RAM, 100Mb free disk space.
Recommended configuration
- PC: 1.5 GHz processor with Windows XP/Vista and at least 1Gb RAM
- MAC: 1.25 GHz G4 / 1.5 GHz G5 / (any)Intel with at least 1Gb RAM
- of course you will also be needing a multichannel soundcard for separate headphones and speakers audio outputs, a pair of good headphones and some powerful amp+speakers :)
! IMPORTANT NOTE for Mac laptops users
Please set your processor performance (speed) to highest for both power adapter and battery modes, otherwise you might experience very poor performance. Go to: "System Preferences -> Energy Saver -> Options -> Processor Performance" and select "Highest". Do not use the "Automatic" mode as this also doesn't work properly.
