If you have purchased the software before 2013-May-20 and would like to review your order information, or if you have questions about ordering, payment, or shipping procedures, please go visit the Customer Care Center (go here if you purchased before September 10th, 2008)

Please make sure to give us plenty details so we can reproduce the problem on our systems. Also specify your order number and FutureDecks DJ pro version.
